Where is Storage Center located?
Our west facility can be found at 8610 W 41st St on the West side of Sioux Falls located off of 41st Street and the Tea/Ellis Rd and our south facility can be found at 7100 S Santa Rosa PL, Sioux Falls, SD 57108

Is the facility under video surveillance?
Always. Our security cameras are one of our most modern forms of technology. Your belongings are always being monitored.

Are all of your units indoor climate-controlled?
Yes. No one has as much indoor climate-controlled storage as we do. These units provide protection against water, dust, and excessive light since they manage humidity and intense temperatures.

Are there any items I'm not allowed to store?
Yes, for the safety of your items and other customers items we ask that you don't store anything that's flammable, perishable, explosive, or has an offensive odor. Some examples of these items would include snowblowers, cars, lawnmowers, fireworks, pet food, etc. If you have questions please reach out to us.

How do I determine what unit size to rent?
We have an interactive online size calculator on our website or you can also give us a call or send us a message using the contact form. One of the storage experts is willing to help you out. To give you a frame of reference on the size our 5x10's would be comparable to a large walk in closet. Where a 10x20 is the size of a single stall garage.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit cards, debit cards, ACH. Sorry we do not accept cash

How long are your leases?
Our leases are month to month with a 30 day notice for move out.

Either stop by during our office hours, give us a call, or click on Unit Info and reserve your unit online.

I'm a current customer, how do I give my 30 day notice for move out?
Simply email us using the contact form or call us. Please make sure you include the name on the account and which units you're calling to give notice on.
